Today, I'm excited to share Old Blue Chair.
This painting reminded me that sometimes the quietest subjects have the most to say. A weathered chair, softened by time and surrounded by the beauty of the beach, became a symbol of rest, reflection, and the stories left behind.
It also reminded me that some paintings require patience. This one changed many times before it finally felt like itself. Looking at it now, I'm so glad I stayed with it.
I'd love to hear what you see or what it reminds you of.
Now it's back to the easel...
and when the next painting comes off, you'll be the first to see it.
